ZimCal Responds to False Allegations From Medallion and Publishes Rebuttal

ZimCal published its correspondence with Medallion Financial Corp. from December 2023 through March 2024. Medallion made those characterizations during ZimCal’s 2024 proxy campaign to elect two directors it had nominated to Medallion’s board. The release states that the correspondence contradicts characterizations of the parties’ discussions that Medallion made in its solicitation materials and that ZimCal asserted were false.
