ZimCal Responds to False Allegations From Medallion and Publishes Rebuttal

On May 24, 2024, ZimCal Asset Management, LLC published correspondence between ZimCal and Medallion Financial Corp. from December 2023 through March 2024. The release states that the correspondence contradicts characterizations of the parties’ discussions that Medallion made in its solicitation materials and that ZimCal asserted were false.
