Setting the Record Straight: ZimCal, Stephen Hodges and BIMIZCI’s Point-by-Point Rebuttal to Medallion Financial’s False Statements

ZimCal, Stephen Hodges and BIMIZCI responded to what they asserted were false statements in Medallion Financial’s Press Releases and May 2026 presentation. Medallion made these statements during BIMIZCI’s activist campaign to replace three Medallion directors. ZimCal/BIMIZCI’s presentation addresses each challenged statement about BIMIZCI’s nominees, holdings and prior communications with the company on a claim-by-claim basis, setting out the rebuttal with citations to Medallion’s filings and the record of the parties’ correspondence.
